Cezanne Taharqa also goes by the name Cezanne Poetess; she is an award-winning Visual & Spoken Word Artist, and Author of the Self-help novel 'Journey of a Sister' which features her artwork and poetry. In 2014 Cezanne won the title 'International Artist of the Year' in the Spokenword Billboard Awards (USA).
Cezanne is passionate about helping womben to heal from psychological, emotional and physical abuse, in order to develop love for themselves, to know themselves, rebuild their family structure, build strong relationships with their men, and ultimately to rebuild our commUNITY. Her novel partly tells her own her-story, which many sisters (and brothers) have been able to identify with.
