
In research for my book 50 Athletes Over 50, I became interested in the importance that PLAY has in keeping us motivated to stay fit as we age. I crossed paths with Frank Forencich and we had a chance to have a chat about the importance of PLAY, how our modern society works to derail our instinct for it, and the importance of dirt, yes dirt, in staying healthy. Frank is a smart guy. I read his book “Exuberant Animal”. And his blog is definitively worth reading.
